Took an anniversary cruise on Holland America Eurodam in March. Bought 3 paintings but have only received one to date, which is the Lebo. Have not received the Tarkay or Sam Park. The frame is not what I expected on the one I did receive. I. Don't think it fits properly. We opened an account and are to make monthly payments. Can I stop them? I cannot find any way to contact them. Can you help. It appears that something is rotten in... Read more

We purchased $5500 worth of art on RCL and were told we could cancel within 40 days for a full refund and would only pay shipping - having a hard time deciding, we met with the associate (Neil) four times before making our decision.... it was very high pressure sales tactics, like buying a car. All times he assured us..."take it home, if you don't like it, send it back for the cost of shipping". I regretted the decision as soon as I made it but... Read more

I received a very expensive Agam with a broken frame. I returned the art to be re-framed and 12 weeks later received the art unframed. I then returned the art again and asked for a refund. Customer service agreed to refund and 8 weeks later I received the art instead of refund. I refused delivery and called my attorney. Their customer service will tell you what you want to hear, then do whatever they want to keep your money. Beware of PWG!!... Read more

On a cruise on Holland America last year I bought a Thomas Kincaid and paid a great deal for the framing. When delivered the staples were outside of the painting! I sent a picture of the problem and they didn't even have the decency to answer my email! Never again will I buy from them. Skip the art show on your next cruise!!!! Add comment

We went to the on-board auction and purchased a collection of paintings. What we received, when we finally got them, were low-quality prints. I can't really even call them prints, maybe they should be labelled posters. I called Park West Galleries and returned them. 4 months later, we have never received a refund. Many phone calls to the Indian based complaint service, and still no satisfaction. Very frustrating. First the works we saw were... Read more

I purchased a Thomas Kinkade painting Feb 29, 2016 when I was on Carnival Conquest and it is now May 7th, and I still do not have the painting. I called several times and was told it may take 12 weeks to get the painting. It is now 10 weeks and they have been using my money all this time. They should not sell an art piece if they cannot deliver it in a timely period. If I do not get it within the next two weeks, I will cancel the order and... Read more

I purchased a painting from Park West Gallery December 2015. It is now May 2016 and I have not received it! I have contacted the company many times and keep getting promised to get my painting "in a couple of weeks ". I have also been promised to receive my $89 shipping and handling back, but that hasn't happened in the last 2 months either. I do NOT recommend this company. Add comment

Please DO NOT buy anything from this deceitful company. They also have art dealers on the cruise ships who will force their way to charm you into buying their worthless artworks. I would like to inform you of the ongoing matter that I have been dealing with Park West Gallery since December 2015. We have bought 4 artworks from Park West Gallery through the Emerald Princess on August 2015. There were 3 pieces that arrived 4 after the 12 weeks... Read more

3 years ago my husband and I were on our honeymoon and bought a Thomas Kinkead from the gallery. It was a framed painting and beautiful. Once I set down that evening to pay they said that it would be over 10 times more than I bid to keep the frame. I said fine send it without the frame. ( I was pissed they did not say I did not purchase the frame). It was three months before we received it and we had to leave it in the container and put in... Read more
