Over the past ten plus years, I have purchased numerous pieces of art from Park West. Some were limited editions, some enhanced works and some originals. They have consistently delivered what they said they would. I am talking about maybe 40 pieces of art during this time frame. While it takes 8-12 weeks, or longer sometimes, to get the work, they basically tell you that up front. I am... Read more

Park West hides the fact that you are purchasing prints of their artwork rather than the original pieces themselves. I made the decision to purchase a piece so that I may have one genuine work of art in my lifetime and took out a hefty sum for one. I inquired about the artwork multiple times believing that I was purchasing the original piece. They overvalued a mass produced print and falsely... Read more

Park West gallery offers art work on the Princess fleet of ships. When purchasing art work, the invoice clearly states, "Allow up to 12 weeks for delivery." On our last cruise we purchased two pieces of art. One piece arrived exactly 12 weeks after the purchase date. At week 13, I called the gallery. I was told the piece was not yet available and it would be at least two weeks before the piece... Read more

Park West Gallery took advantage of my elderly father in law, when on a Celebrity X Cruise, by selling him an etching for four times it's value. They seem to take advantage of elderly folks who are relaxed and in holiday mood and mislead them on the value of the art works they sell. When challenged after the cruise Park West Gallery twice wrote stating a value which differs wildly from that of... Read more

My husband and I purchased several pieces of art on our most recent cruise (Worst mistaken impulse buy ever!). I contacted the gallery immediately after returning home and altered our order before any items could be shipped to adhere to their refund policies. At first I spoke with a very helpful lady who said that the order had not yet been entered into their systems and she was unable to process... Read more

When I received three pieces I had purchased on P&O cruise in March 2015 out of Brisbane Australia, one has what appears to have around six marks, like water droplets on it. I emailed Park West & was asked to photograph the marks which I did. I was then asked to return that piece by FedEx using their account & a replacement would be sent. I contacted FedEx who said I needed the... Read more

Cruised on the ship of Royal Carrebian Oasis of the seas and purchased the art work from them belonging to Romero Britto. Work was suppose to arrive within 4 weeks from the time I've purchased it. Now it's been six month I had no news. Calling customer service they still haven't sent it! Now I can't reach them so had to call Oasis of the ship for an assistance. Still no response! Filing a... I purchased several works of art during the auction while on the Carnival Liberty Cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. After all was said and done, I found the purchases to be very expensive - several thousand dollars. The framing cost more than the art work. It took several weeks for me to receive my purchases. Also, I found the appraisals to be low in regard to what I was told during the auction.... Read more

Although told on-board that we could exchange a piece valued at equal or greater value, once on land, Park West said they will not honor the promise made by their staff on-board. The Park West staff said that they were in touch with "Southfield" (Park West's HQ) and gave me names to call to arrange for the return of our original purchase to receive credit. "Southfield" now says that these... Read more
