My wife and I have made numerous purchase from Park West and were happy with them until invited to attend a VIP cruise in November 2015. First if anyone has been offended to take a VIP cruise or offended a hotel stay my recommendations is STAY AWAY. The person running the show was named Jordan and his crew. I recently went on a P & O cruise and purchased a painting at a Park West gallery auction. While at the auction I won the raffle. I have now received the painting that I purchased and am very happy with it. But the raffle prize was not with the delivery which is just what I expected. My husband and I bought a few pieces of art on a cruise last fall. When we had not received any of the pieces with the 90 days coming soon, my husband contacted them and left a message. Purchased art work on Azamara Quest in October 2015. We were told the delivery could be up to 12 weeks which we accepted.. To date no art work..They don't answer the phone, respond to emails or their on line enquiry form..Park West have had our money for 15 weeks but have not kept to their end of the contract.Their customer service is appalling and we will never deal with them again..I have... I purchased a painting by one of Park West's artists at a collectors' weekend this summer at The Homestead. A short time later,I received an email stating that I would need to re-sign my contract due to an error by the employee who signed me out at the end of the weekend. On 11/14/15 we attended a VIP auction in Hilton Head SC. At that auction we purchased 2 works of art, 1 by Mark Kanovich & 1 by Patrick Guyton. To make a long story short, we received a bill but no artwork. I bought two pieces of art on a Royal Caribbean cruise. It took months before the frame errors were corrected. They're poor communication was very frustrating. Customer service is there a zero. Add comment

I purchased two paintings on the RCI Adventure of the sea on 8/14/15. On 8/15 I tried to cancel the order and was told to try again in a few days as they had no invoice.
