WE PURCHASED A PAINTING WHILE ON THE CELEBRITY.. AND WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD CANCEL WITHIN 40 DAYS..

WHEN WE RETURNED HOME WE FOUND OUT THAT WE COULD PURCHASE THE SAME PAINTING FOR $2000.00 CHEAPER.SO WE CANCELLED ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF 15%... WHICH AMOUNTED TO 752.00.. THEY WOULD GIVE US A VOUCHER IN THAT AMOUNT ,TO BUY ANOTHER PAINTING.. NOT THAT WE WANT ANYTHING MORE TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY..

CELEBRITY TRIED TO GET THEM TO WAIVE THE FEE, BUT THEY REFUSED.. CELEBRITY HAS LOST MY BUSINESS ALSO IF THIS IS HOW THEY LET THEIR VENDORS TREAT CUSTOMERS.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $752.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

We also got ripped off & wondered if we would ever see our purchases. It took months for them to finally arrive after numerous emails of complaint to PWG and phone calls to the US trying to find out what happened to my purchases.

It ruined my experience of cruising. PWG should be removed from all cruise ships as they are a sham of a company.

A warning should be put out to all travellers boarding cruise lines where they are operating out of. I would prefer to see them blacklisted from all cruises.

I am having the same issue with Park West while on the Princess Cruise last year and the problem is still ongoing. Client Services from Park West and the auctioneer from the cruise ship keep ignoring my emails and calls.

Finally, I had enough with them ignoring me and decided to report them the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and posted a review on their Facebook website. To my surprise, Park West called me that same day to discuss a refund but they want to deduct 15% from my payment. I refused and requested a full refund because I no longer want anything to with them in the future. They finally agreed to a full refund for me but I'm still waiting for the refund to be credited back into my account.

We'll see if I will get my refund as I am waiting for 2 weeks now.

I have had the same problem with a few PWG refunds. I called and emailed to cancel order before shipping with no response.

After I received the art, I called and emailed again to return for refund with no response. Finally after the 40 day refund period was up, they responded and denied refund. Horrible company.

Enjoy auction, but beware when buying. They do not honor 40/40 guarantee and customer service is the worst!!!
