Purchased art work on Azamara Quest in October 2015. We were told the delivery could be up to 12 weeks which we accepted.. To date no art work..They don't answer the phone, respond to emails or their on line enquiry form..Park West have had our money for 15 weeks but have not kept to their end of the contract.Their customer service is appalling and we will never deal with them again..I have referred this to Azamara but why do cruise companies use Park West as there appears to be a high volume of complaints.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I have the same issue with them and it is still not resolved. The problem is people on the cruise are on vacation and no one heard of Park West.

I didn't know them even when I was on the cruise. I thought I was with the cruise fine art gallery. Plus, internet service is not available for "vacationers" like us to research on the arts or the company.

Please write your issue on their website on Facebook under Review so that the public can see. Also, keep posting your problem on their site until someone reach out to you.

They did called me after I wrote the review and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in the USA. Keep writing on their website until they contact you and file a complaint.
