We bought a piece, received about 11 weeks later. It had 33 seen blemishes.

Paint was missing and chipped. There were white spots all over the painting. We took numerous photos and sent it back. 5 weeks late they shipped the very same painting to us.

Know how we know? We took photos! Ridiculous! They are wanting to charge us a restocking fee.

I don't think so. Very very very bad .

Next cruise I go on, I'll be sure to let everybody know what our ordeal was and all of the law suits against them. I wish I had known sooner.

I had a similar issue. Now that 9 months had passed, my last painting is finally shipped to me and very damaged.

I had returned the painting 2 weeks later and requested for a full refund because they also sent me the wrong painting. They ignored all my calls and emails, even my emails were ignored from the auctioneer from the Princess fleet when I requested for his help to contact Park West for me. Now that it's April 2016, I decided to file a complaint the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to report on this crooked company. I also posted a review on their Facebook website for the public to view.

They contacted me on that very same day to discuss the refund. I still didn't have my refund yet but they said it is being processed. At least this is a progress! I will let you know if I do get the refund.

In the meantime, keep posting on their Facebook page daily if necessary. They will reach out
