On 05/28/2016, I bought three PINO artworks at Quantum of the sea. Commercial invoice: OLVO-13-4, purchase date: 05/28/2016, paid US$13485.00. In the contract of invoice clearly states "Allow up to 12 weeks for delivery." Today is 19/Sep./2016. It is now past the 17 weeks "guaranteed" delivery time and we just have received one piece of the three on 9/Aug./2016. I have been a customer of Park West Gallery for several years and have spent many thousands $$$ with that company. This past July my daughters and I attended a VIP event in which three pieces of art were displayed. At the time of the bidding, numerous orders were placed with the understanding that each had to be created and none would be exactly as those used in the auction. Worst company ever. Ordered 2 pieces over 6 months ago. Nothing has come in. I have spent many hours and emails trying to get answers. Buyer beware. In addition, the art isn't so special. Anyone on any cruise can get the same "low price" I called again today and could not even get an answer as to where my painting are.

My problems with Park West go back to a cruise on Carnival Miracle in January 2016 during which I purchased 3 *** works of art. There were incorrect charges raised on original invoice which were corrected at the time. Only 2 works of art purchased were delivered to my cabin with no explanation as to what was happening with the 3rd piece. I was on a Princess Cruise in April 2016 when I purchased a Anatoly Metlan. I have all the paper work, invoice etc, paid for the Art work on the ship via my credit card but alas I am still waiting for delivery some 5 months later. I have contacted the company and just been fobbed off really. They offered a refund of the shipping and handling which I accepted but ALAS..... this has never arrived. Just attended a VIP event at the Ritz Carlton, Dallas. The Park West Staff running the event did a great job of providing professional customer service in a personable way. One employee, Anna Scarola was exceptional to us. Her pre-event communication was timely and answered our questions. Her service to us at the event was sacrificial. She gave us her own Romeo Britto signed book, as we missed that event. She was prompt and courteous to us... Read more

Purchased two paintings on Princess cruise to Hawaii.. Paintings arrived several weeks after our return as promised.They are beautiful and beautifully framed. However, I asked several times AT PURCHASE. Can I pay 1,000$ a month for a year and have no interest charge? The answer was Yes.. It was not true. Still no art, still no answer to email. Every fraud and scam and ripoff comment you see, in my opinion multiply by 10 to get the truth. Bought art on Holland AMERICA Alaska cruise in early May. 12 week delivery time has long come and gone. Lying about delivery, lying about values, does not answer emails and phone is on 'ignore' for hours. Caveat Emptor, or to put it more coarsely in vernacular. Purchased Daniel Wall art in March 2016 on board a RCI cruise ship. Received 1 piece soon after the cruise. The second framed art work never arrived and was fobbed off with several delivery dates. Eventually asked for my money back and customer services agreed to reimburse me in full.
