I purchased a Nano Lopez sculpture called "Lucy" whilst on the Carnival Spirit in May 2016.After waiting 10 months I started emailing Park West Gallery, and to date (14/07/2017) have sent 10 emails with a total of one phone call on 10/04/2017, and two emails dated 12/04/2017 and 17/06/ 2017.

The last time Rodney Lee indicated that if he didn't get a response from the Merchandising Dept he would involve Park West Management. Needless to say I haven't heard a word. I am fed up with their attitude, lack of communication, and being treated with ignorance. I have purchased 9 art works and expected better than this, but will not buy from Park west again.

I will send one more email informing them I will contact both Carnival and Princess cruise lines, and also publicise my experience as well as requesting a full refund.Val Clark.
