We have purchased from Park West for years. This February we purchased a lithograph.

2 months later we were told they still didn't have it available. Their guarantee that we could get a refund up to 40 days after receipt of the purchase. Well, now 5 months later, and multiple calls to Park West they still have not refunded us. The most recent response from them was that they had sent a refund to our Park West Credit Card: which we haven't used in over 20 years and from which there are no provisions to get cash.

They are all about customer service, promises in writing of refunds, and how wonderful they are.

Well, in our recent experience all of it is a lie. If you request a a cancellation of a purchase, or a refund, then you can expect repeated delays, promises that aren't honored, and outright lies.
