Called the company, interminably on hold. Snippy customer service rep said one piece of art was not in inventory and they were trying to "locate" it.

I reminded her we were told the art we saw on the ship was the one we would receive. She said we can't have that specific one unless they don't have one in inventory. I tell her she just said they don't have one in inventory so send us that one. Round and round with double talk.

They finally say they will "request" a refund but no promises.

This is the most unethical company I have ever had the pleasure of misdealings with. Shysters, liars, *** artists, caveat emptor.

Still no art, still no answer to email. Every fraud and scam and ripoff comment you see, in my opinion multiply by 10 to get the truth.

Bought art on Holland AMERICA Alaska cruise in early May. 12 week delivery time has long come and gone. Lying about delivery, lying about values, does not answer emails and phone is on 'ignore' for hours.

Caveat Emptor, or to put it more coarsely in vernacular. If you plan on dealing with this company be prepared to bend over AND have sand in the vaseline.

Still no money, still no art. Told we would get a refund but refuse to put it in writing.

Even if we do get it it will be "8 to 16 weeks" to process. It's not like we are returning it, we never even received it, they never shipped it. Tried to reverse charges through Visa, they have you there also.

Their "12 week" delivery time ensures you are outside the federal 60 day limit to cancel the charges.

Just wondering if you have received any refund to date. I purchased artwork from this company and received one painting but not the second one yet.

I have left three messages on three diffenent lines and am awaiting a return call.

Hopefully, I won't experience what has happened to folks in these reviews. I wish you good luck in resolving your issue.

We finally got our refund in November. I won't post this as resolved since it took us over 6 months and many, many hours of raising ***.

The only thing they finally responded to was my continuous online harassment on their Facebook page.

I have heard horror stories from other consumers of up to two years to never on the refunds. Good luck!
